Terminal 1 Pre-arrange pickup procedure:
Our office will monitor your incoming flight and a driver will be waiting for you at the Toronto Airport. After collecting luggage and clearing customs, please proceed to the Door A. Beside Door A there is a pre-arrange counter, please inform the officer at counter that you have a car reserved from “YYZ LIMO” and your car will arrive within 2-4 minutes. If there is no officer on duty OR in case of any other concern, please call us at 416-857-9595, or toll-free 1-877-292-9822 and we will immediately dispatch your Vehicle to the curb to meet you. Thank you

Terminal 3 Pre-arrange pickup procedure:
Our office will monitor your incoming flight and a driver will be waiting for you at the Toronto Airport. After collecting luggage and clearing customs, please proceed to Door A, Post/Pillar # 7. Beside Door A, there is a pre-arranged limo counter, please inform the officer at counter that you have a limo reserved from, “YYZ LIMO” and your limo will arrive within 2-4 minutes. If there is no officer on duty OR in case of any other concern, please call us at 416-857-9595, or toll-free 1-877-292-9822 and we will immediately dispatch your Vehicle to the curb to meet you. Thank you
We have designated prearrange limo pickup posts beside Door A. Once you have cleared customs (if applicable) and have collected luggage (if applicable) and are ready to go, please check in at the Prearranged limo services counter at Door A. Should you have difficulty checking in at the prearranged limo services counter,, please call us immediately so that we can dispatch your driver to come meet your at the curb side within 2-4 mintues.
With prearranged limo, we do require that you provide us with your flight number so that we can track it. Should the flight be early or late, you do not need to worry. Your assigned driver and our office will track your flight and arrive at the Airport accordingly. Should your flight information changes, please let us know so that we can start tracking your updated flight. You can inform us of your flight change simply by replying to your formal booking confirmation email or calling us at 416-857-9595
Yes. All of our vehicles are equipped with 407 ETR Toll Route Transponder. Please note that extra charges apply if you wish us to take the Toll Road. We calculate the Toll by using the 407 Toll Route Calculator available at https://www.407etr.com/en/tolls/tolls/toll-calculator.html
Should you wish to take the Toll Road for you trip, please simply instruct the driver to do so at the beginning of the trip. Also you may instruct us to take the toll road when making the online booking (in the comments sections), or when you call in to make a booking.

Yes. Child Safety Seats are Available for an additional charge. Below is list of child seat options.

Although last minute bookings are allowed, we encourage you to prearrange your limo and have a piece of mind by booking 24 hours in advance.
Yes. Meet and Greet service is an additional $50. Meet and Greet are covers a total of 75 minutes after flight lands. Should your require more time to come out, additional wait time charges apply,
75 mintues after plane lands. Additional wait time charges apply after the initial 75 minutes.
Yes, we allow you to take your pets with you as long as your pet is in a secured holder/crate.
Cancellation Policy
0% Cancellation Fee if requesting Cancellation before 24 Hours of scheduled pickup time.
25 % Cancellation Fee if requesting Cancellation between 2-24 Hours of scheduled pickup time.
50% Cancellation Fee if requesting Cancellation between 1-2 Hours of scheduled pickup time.
100% Cancellation Fee if No-Show at the time of scheduled pickup time.
All Deposits are Non-Refundable
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 15% gratuity (minimum of $65), will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location or cancels the reservation after our vehicle was dispatched. If you cannot locate your sedan/limousine, please call 416-857-9595 to avoid a no-show billing.

YYZ Limo is not responsible for lost or stolen items from our limousines. Passengers are to safeguard and protect their belongings by themselves. We do train drivers to check vehicles after each drop-off to make sure no belonging of passengers is left behind. Should you believe that you have misplaced some item in our limousines, please call us immediately and discovering so and we will check the vehicle with good faith and report our findings to you right away.
