GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. There is no overtime charge for trip originating from the Airport. 
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our Limousines.
  3. YYZ Limo is not responsible for delays or the termination of service due to extreme unforeseeable traffic, unsafe roads, and severe weather conditions.
  4. YYZ Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  5. YYZ Limo is not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 
  6. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
  7. YYZ Limo, Any Employee and/or driver for YYZ Limo, has the right to terminate a trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of passengers).
  8.  It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. 
  9. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.                
  10. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 
 
ADDITIONAL FEES AND TOLL CHARGES
  • All Rates are subject to 13% HST (Govt Tax) 
  • All Pre-Paid Reservations are subject to 15% Driver Gratuity 
  • Toll Charges are not included in the above Rates 
  • $10 Charge per en-route stop for Sedan Transfer 
  • $15 Charge per en-route stop for SUV Transfer 
  • $25 Charge per en-route stop for Stretch Limousine Transfer 
  • $25 Charge per en-route stop for SUV Stretch Limousine Transfer 
 
CANCELLATION FEES
  • 0%    Cancellation Fee if requesting Cancellation before 24 Hours of scheduled pickup time.
  • 25 % Cancellation Fee if requesting Cancellation between 2-24 Hours of scheduled pickup time.
  • 50%  Cancellation Fee if requesting Cancellation before 2 Hours of scheduled pickup time.
  • 100% Cancellation Fee if No-Show at the time of scheduled pickup time.
  • All Deposits are Non-Refundable 

A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 15% gratuity (minimum of $65),  will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location or cancels the reservation after our vehicle was dispatched. If you cannot locate your sedan/limousine, please call 416-857-9595 to avoid a no-show billing.
